In this traditional wedding ritual bride and groom makes seven wedding vows during taking seven rounds around Agni. These seven wedding vows are the proof of wedding in India during Saat Phere. Â

When bride and groom take round then make promises too with every round these wedding vows are such as:

•Bride and groom pray to God for getting nourishing and good food on the first round.

•On the second round they ask for physical, spiritual and mental strength from God so they lead a healthy life.

•They make promise for almighty to a life of full preserving the money as well as they promises each other that they  will be together in the rainy days.

•On the fourth step bride and groom swear for living together and attain happiness and harmony.

•Wedding couple pray to God to have their own family.

•Bride and groom pray to God for togetherness forever and ask for bless for their long and happy life.

•Seventh and last round they prey for understanding, unity, companionship and loyalty with each other.

It is considered that four pillar of Mandap are four “Ved” in Hindu community and it’s bless are necessary for happy and delighted life. “Haldi Rasam” is also a chief wedding ritual in which prospective bride and groom both applied turmeric paste by relative and friends.
Groom goes with procession at wedding place to getting married with bride. There are seven rounds around the holy fire taken in which bride and groom both make seven promises in regards of each other. Bride and groom put garland to each other thus focal wedding ritual completed. “Vidai” is the last wedding ritual in Hindu wedding in which bride is sent with groom to lead a happy life. Such as Hindu wedding ceremony take many days to complete.

The Special Marriage Act came in regulation on 9th of October 1954 in India. Jammu and Kashmir territory is out of this law but special marriage act is applicable in all provinces of India. In special situations a boy and a girl can get married under this law.
The boy and girl those fulfill required age limit for marriage according Indian law can get married. According this law the boy and girl should not be real brother and sister, neither the child of same father different mothers nor same mother different fathers. Â
The boy and girl have to summit a special form in district with a written notice the forms can find from marriage officer. This notice can summit the district where the boy or girl, otherwise both is living together just before one month from submitting the marriage application.
A marriage officer has the right to set aside of marriage application only that cases in which the boy and girl don’t fulfill necessary clause. If officer doesn’t tell rejection point then party can appeal in District Court within 30 days from the rejection of marriage application. Â
