Indian Weeding Law

Every one knows India is known by its cultures and diversities like language and region, religion, caste, language. In Indian religion is very important part for the Indian people. It gives primacy to Personal Laws of each religion. In Indian government provides every Indian people his/her own personal law with regards to Marriage and divorce. Every Indian wedding personal law is different and exclusive.  In India live many religions and its marriages law also different types like Hindu Marriage Act, Christian Marriage Act, Muslim Marriage Act and Parsee Marriage Act it is Marriage and divorce Act. Hindu Marriage Act came into existence in 1955. Hindu marriage act is necessary to boy should be 21 years of age and the girl should be 18 years and also need to it should be same religion.

Christian Marriage Act also came into existence in 1889 it is very oldest weeding Law. Parsee Marriage Act also applicable in 1939. In India particular religion or community does not matter as marriage Act. you can follow any Marriage Act.
